FUNCTION	Houseman

JOB DESCRIPTION	Houseman cleans and maintains common areas within the hotel, does minor maintenance and assist the bellman with his duties. He will also assist housekeeping staff with laundry removal and unit cleaning. Further he will clean and maintain lobby, entrance area and corridors. He will develop a good understanding of the hotel layout and I able to give directions to all hotel facilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS	Eligible candidates should have no criminal background or should not have been in contact with justice. Customer friendly attitude, representative manner of appearance, able to communicate in Dutch, English and Spanish. Candidates must be able to work variable shifts and also during weekend and holidays and preferably carry a valid driving license.
