FUNCTION	Logistic Supervisor Our client is a well known and respected distributor and importer of (alcoholic) beverages and other consumer goods.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION	The logistic supervisor is responsible for assistance in coordination, supervision, administration and reporting all activities related to the logistic department.

TASKS	• Management of the different warehouses • Ensure an optimal space-management of the available warehousing facilities • Management of warehouse locations • Weekly floor count and control of inventories • Supervision and management of custom documents • Supervision on efficient loading and stripping of containers • Supervision of local purchases and transportation • Supervision and management of total distribution system • Analyze pre sell routes and, if necessary, schedule and plan extra routes • Analyze and control return invoices • Daily control of personnel attendance. Supervision and management of personnel. • To manage an optimal purchasing system and inventory level for both international- and local purchases. • Provide financial department with annual and monthly purchase- and payment forecasts • Provide management with regular information with regard to stock level, rotation and orders

REQUIREMENTS	• Bachelor level • People manager • Experience in working within a logistic environment • Very good oral and written communication in Papiamentu
