JOB	Officer Mid Office - Referentienummer: 0783

JOB DESCRIPTION	Voor een gerenommeerde internationale bank te Curaçao zijn wij op zoek naar een Officer Mid Office • Operations control (Statistic Data & Control: Investigation): Reconciles, checks and analyses several product administrations. Determines correctness of administrations, addresses solutions of differences and makes management information reports. • Trade/Loan support (Capture): Co-ordinates and maintains the FM and Corporate Finance basic data files for front and back office applications, settles all complaints and claims related to cash flow, executes non-automated transactions and takes care of payments related messages. • Product administration (Transaction Processing and Payments): Takes care of executing complex (complex products, non-STP processing, clients with extra requirement, etc) financial markets transactions in the Financial markets product administration systems. Makes contracts and confirmations of transactions, ensures delivering of information to relevant departments or systems. Initiates payments or collections. Liaises with counter parties for a smooth execution of transactions.

JOB PROFILE	• HBO+, 4-5 years experience • Client focus, team player, flexible and immune to stress. • Does proposals for improvements in systems and processes. Assists traders in dealing rooms. Addresses break down in systems to the functional system manager. • Participates, based on his/her knowledge of processes, in project and test teams for development and acceptation of new applications and process improvements. Takes part in conversions/migrations. • Coaches new and less experienced officers. • Assesses performance of other departments, based on Service level agreements. • Delivers management information reports. • Must have good knowledge of the English and Dutch Language, written and oral. • Co-responsible for Reporting: incidents reporting, KRI reporting, AO-scan reporting GLO reporting • Knowledge of relevant systems (Atlas, Olympic)
